This book is supposed to be funny? For me, it's just full of 2nd hand embarrassment. Plus, her marriage sounds awful, like I want them to get a divorce. I don't think calling your husband antisemitic b/c he didn't laugh at your joke is funny. Just bad.

I saw so much hype for this book and had to check it out! It did not disappoint. This book was so charming and so fun. I like more of a slow burn, but that couldn't have worked in this book. Great romance, and Duchess is THE BEST!

Sadly, I could not stand the main character, nor could I handle how Ali Hazelwood had to mention countless times how Bee is SO SMALL and how Levi is SO BIG! It was just too much. I really like the plot though. Strange to love the plot and not like the characters.

WOW! What a book. I went in slightly confused by the then/now aspect but ended up loving it. It was a heartbreaking romance. I had some issues with how sometimes Elissa slipped into the past during the "now" parts, but really, a compelling story I couldn't put down.

DAMN YOU MISCOMMUNICATION! I understand why, but I just can't stand the trope. Even still, I can read more books about these two. I love them. They are such great characters and I want to see all their adventures.

Man, I wanted to LOVE this book, but I just don't. I enjoyed it, for sure, but I'm not obsessed. I really disliked how there was a fake Instagram and Tiktok, and, sadly, I didn't like the usage of memes. It dates the book, and I like when fantasy is timeless.

Great romance and fun mystery, but wasn't as gripping as I hoped. I still had a lot of fun with this book. I really, really enjoy the romance in it and very interested to see where it goes!

WOW! What a BOOK! THE TWISTS NEVER STOP COMING! Once you think you figured out everything else, they throw something new at you. This book is not for the faint of heart, but it's a wild ride and I loved every minute of it!

My kind of cozy fantasy. This was fun, charming, and, of course, cozy. I loved the writing style; I loved the plot; I loved the characters. This book was exactly what I needed.

Seriously enjoyed this book. Love me a cozy mystery and Yale and Celine are even better in this book. While the first book was a bit predictable, this book got me! I really hope there are more books!
