This book kept me guessing through the whole thing. I thought I knew where it was going, and then it went the exact opposite, and I loved every moment. I loved every twist and turn this book took me on, and I was very nervous about reading it. I didn't know how I would feel, and I ended up loving it.

If I could compare this book to another, I would say Rebecca. I just got the same vibe, which is a very good thing.

I love the story telling as well. Whatever Hal was feeling, I found myself feeling the same thing. It was jut so well written, and it was so easy to find myself lost in this story, part of it.

I went into this book with no idea how I would like it... or not, and ended up loving it! I am so happy I decided to give it a try!

I really wanted to go into this book loving it. I wanted to sit there and be drawn into the world and never want to leave. Instead, I was bored out of my mind. There was nothing about this book that hooked me in. I didn't care about the characters, nor did I care about the world that was being created. Despite the fact that I enjoyed the writing style, the fact I didn't care about the characters left me disappointed. When I don't care about the characters, I don't care about the story. I found the character very unlikable. They were boring and so selfish. Sure, their lives were difficult, but they were just disappointing. Maybe if I enjoyed them more, I would've been okay with their choices in life, but seeing how I found them boring, I just got annoyed with everything they did.

For me, the story went no where. I will sadly not be recommend this book to anyone, nor do I look forward to any other book in the series. In all honesty, this book turned me off to anything this author writes. Sucks, because he looks well loved, but this book was just so boring that I don't think I will ever give him another chance.

On a whole, this book was alright. It wasn't amazing, but it wasn't terrible either.

I wanted to love this book, but in the end, I didn't. That was a bit of a disappointment, but then again, I wasn't angry that it didn't live up to my expectations.

I listened to the book, and found myself drifting in and out a lot, which made me a little sad. It meant that the story wasn't holding my attention as much as I wanted it to. When I was able to zone back into it, I felt like I didn't miss anything, which is also disappointing. When the story and plot is predictable, I can't help but feel let down by the book.

That all being said, I really enjoyed the characters! I thought they were very interesting, and I want to know more about them. Because of this, I will be looking forward the listening to the rest of the series. I am excited to find out what happens to them, even though I am not as impressed by the plot as I wanted to be.

I feel like I will recommend this book to people who just want a quick read, to take a break from everything else they are reading for something new and different. I will let them know that it isn't amazing, but it is fun, which is enough.

I, like many others, wanted to read this book because of the movie. I didn't end up listening to it until now though.

I really enjoyed the movie, and I couldn't want to see how different the book was, and I was actually surprised that it wasn't that different. In all honesty, only the end was different, and as I described to a friend, the movie provided more closure. I can't decided which version I enjoy more though. I usually love more closure, but I found that I wasn't upset by the ending of this book. It was also really nice to see the inner thoughts of everyone.

At the end of the day, I enjoyed both, only preferring the movie because of my love for the actors in it. It isn't amazing, but it is certainly fun, and I love the fact that you don't really like any of the main characters. None of them are a real hero. I love how selfish they are. They were so interesting, making this book worth a read.
