Sussman can do no wrong. It did have a trope I hate: cheating, but the characters are so full of depth, and the plot just takes you by the heart. I'm in awe of Sussman's writing and books. Obsessed!

Literally read this in a DAY! I couldn't put it down. It was charming and had everything I love: romance, Jewish characters, baking! Great chronic illness rep too. Just so charming and gave me all the warm fuzzies!

GREAT characters. GREAT plot. What was that world-building though? Or lack of, rather. The world was so confusing. I'm fine with being thrown into a world, but I need something. Still, such a good plot. Enough to keep me reading the series.

Of course, I loved it, but it did feel like it was a little young for the audience. The audience is older now, so they can handle more. Still, great stories with characters I adore~

A fun novella! I'm not the biggest sci-fi person, but this is a fun series with a very interesting main character. I really want to knows what happens next.

Perfect for spooky season! A great spooky middle grade novel. It's perfectly written for the level with the perfect amount of spooky! I'm really excited to read more!

We all have those trashy novels we love, and Lidiya Foxglove writes those novels for me. There are so many issues with this book and plot holes, but that didn't hinder my enjoyment.

OK, maybe the plot holes were a bit too hard to ignore. This is supposed to take place in college, but why are they just now, at 20, getting their wands? The overall plot is good, and I'm still enjoying my trashy novel~

All I've seen is people RAVING about this book, and they were right. This is a surprisingly deep novel, with a lot of good laughs. It's heartwarming and charming. There are some odd things, but those are spoilers. At the end, this lives up to the hype.

A main character named the name I hate the most in the world: Elsie. Everyone calls me that, and it irks me. Hearing over and over was such an annoyance. I didn't like her anyway. I didn't like Jack either. Just two boring characters falling in love? Not interested.
