Didn’t read far but I couldn’t stand his pov so I stopped.

I got the German translation of this book from the library and I don’t know if it’s the authors writing style or the translation but I don’t like it. Maybe I’ll try again with the English version in the future.

Bad audiobook 

Didn’t know this would spoil one of her novels, which I hate! So I’m stopping bc I still want to read it - sadly now I can’t go blind into reading it. 

I’ve read half of this book and something just happened but I don’t see the horror and I’m just sooooo bored. The dialogue we had so far would probably fit on 2-3 pages which is nothing, why aren’t they talking? It just doesn’t work for me, too much description, there’s no tension… I just can’t read any further sorry

I’m taking this as my ending. I really don’t care about the characters and I don’t see their connection, why does he like her? Plus this falls under romance that should be shelved under erotica - just to much smut for me 

The Dnf is a me problem. I just hate the „I can’t get over my Ex“ struggle, trying to make someone jealous after they broke up with YOU and hurt YOU + are manipulating YOU and other people getting hurt in the process, just ahhh. Scottie makes me crazy. I had to stop after chapter 14.

I’m really sorry to everyone loving this book but I just couldn’t get past the first 30 to 50 pages. This might be a brilliant book but I’ll never know.
