Super happy that I picked this as my first read for 2022.
While I do find most of the things talked about in the book as things that are quite common sense, the book helped remind me of what I already know I should be doing. It really made me think about what I can do to make good life changes.
I also really appreciate how it is more straightforward compared to the few self-help books I've read over the years.
