sean lent this to me and it's such a nostalgic fantasy book that i would've read in middle school

another solid greek mythology adaptation in the books

ah yes the era where i wanted to read all of WW's books bc there's so many and i love completing series. bad idea pooj, the books are bad

as of 06/09/2025: so 2024 pooj didn't know anything about media literacy when i read this. looking back without being swept up in the thrill of a new book, this was objectively bad. the plot didn't make sense, the romance has no place in this book. coho doesn't know how to write romantic thrillers (if that's what you can call this). we also don't support coho in this house after all the bullshit she's done. updated star rating from 5 stars to 1.5 stars

a good book that i stayed up way too late to finish and then cried about. loved the show adaptation as well.
