that was good like really fucking good

would have been better without the miscommunication trope

i remember reading these books as a child and they seemed so tense and mysterious but now as an adult they're very mid

this was an interesting writing style at the beginning with the fourth wall breaks and such but i grew to enjoy it and love that there weren't any loose ends regarding the murders even if i didn't quite get how the mc got to the conclusion

there was a lot of hype around the book and seeing the synopsis i was cautiously optimistic i might like it. but the bullying was simply too much. i did not enjoy reading this at all

i was very confused with the fmc until i read the line of "i am a serial killer" like 25% through the book. didn't realize that's why she was super narcissistic etc. but overall it was interesting to read a book like this from the other perspective even if the ending was very rushed with the kill and police investigation
