This collection wasn't as good as the Jack Daniels one. Some of the stories (more noticeable the one about the archaeologist) seemed disjointed and nonsensical and not all were "crime" stories. The solve it yourself, parodies (both the cozies and about being a writer) were enjoyable enough though I still prefer the J.D. short story collection.

There wasn't a lot of substance to this one. It was cute and fluffy perfect for beach reading but nothing truly memorable can be said about it. Plus the constant back and forth on the "disease" and how it affected the hero and heroine became tedious very fast to the point of being annoying. It is not terrible to say but fluff something to read on a beach with a nice fruity drink when you're getting away from it all.
