Extreme inconsistent.

Forgets what powers he has. Especially annoying how he would use identify on some people, and then on others he'd wonder what race they were and NOT USE IDENTIFY to find out!

He almost dies to a level 7 cat, yet doesn't ask about the levels of the spider he assumes he can easily kill. Doesn't even think they might be stronger than he was thinking.

Also, the female lead companion acting with the maturity of an 14 year old was.. disturbing. Both her, and the other one, acted like they had known mason and had been in love with him for months if not years. And not just met him a day ago.
