Wow. My ~96th book of 2023, and the first written by a man (tbh v proud of that). This book is so good. All the heartwarming feels. Palm Springs is calling. If you love kids and family 10/10 recommend. Grief is at the center of this story but it’s not heavily tragic like I suspected it would be after the beginning. IRL I love kids, but rarely find them as charming and enriching in books as they are in the world. They are in this book. The characters are all flawed af but super special. Ugh. Friendship and siblings and love and queerness and grief and ugh.

It was fine. One of the less memorable ones for sure. The flashback model is getting old. She had a fetish which is new I guess.

This one is just pure smut and DUMB plot. I love Katee’s writing though 💜

So cute and charming. I need this to be a movie ❤️

I'm sorry Casey

I’m so bummed I had to rush and listen to the second half of this book because I would have LOVED reading it. Lol that I now own 3 versions of this. Officially a Cizzy Stan

Not sure what I was expecting, but this was really touching. Very human. Cillian Murphy is going to crush it.

While You Were Sleeping but make it Brother's Best Friend and a Red Coat in New York. Honestly maybe a 3.5 but the whole fake husband felt real creepy to me especially in the puritan culture of a regency romance.  IDK.

LOL forever at my dad buying this for me at The Ripped Bodice on our trip to LA because he saw the title and said "Oh look Katrina, it's you!"

I actually really liked this one

Childhood friends to marriage of convenience

She had been kidnapped and her reputation was compromised and since his dad is her god father he was like please marry the girl and voila

She’s an obstinate, headstrong girl with asthma. Would totally be a doctor if born 2 centuries later.

Inexperience girl and guy!

Only one horse 🥵

Maybe my favorite JQ!!! This series is deffo my fav now though.

It’s giving pirates and kidnapping and ruined women and roguish gentlemen.
