This seemed a lot more interesting at the start. but by the end of it it was a lot more didactic than i like (and i am not a fan of that very much).
i feel like if it were expanded beyond three issues i may have liked it more?
still an interesting concept.

this felt a lot more like the introduction of a new character (who we don't know if we'll ever see again tbf) than a Collab between the titular characters. I think I expected a lot more wit and humour as promised by the first issue, but the dialogue was far too... boring and predictable?
enjoyed the artwork and damn that was a violent series but otherwise... ehh.

I'm not sure if it's because I'm not quite familiar with the characters in this series, but it felt a bit like it was building up to something really great and interesting, only to be let down by a rather rushed final issue. I think the Judas myth was quite interesting and another issue may have helped to clear things up a bit more, instead I found myself having to re-read the last 3 pages to understand.
Overall, it was ok.
But i am interested in reading more of their stories.

I really enjoyed Wirt and Greg's storyline but didn't care much for the school stories. especially after the really gloomy and intense secondary story in the first issue. that said it's all quite pretty and well done.

I just found this book to be so negative. It's definitely a great concept, but it was a slog throughout with things just getting worse and worse and worse. it's definitely a one sided argument towards the argument of eternal youth, and to be fair one that in the world we are living in is probably more than accurate but I don't know. I just wish there was a bit more to it.
