I am glad I am finally getting time to catch up on my KA reading.

Loved Shy. No one writes a bad ass biker or anot alpha like Ms Ashley

Another great read from Ms Van Dyken. She writes perfect fun, funny romances with the right blend of humour, love, that bit of conflict.

And Just like in her The Bet series, there is an outrageous grandma.

It amazes me how the author of the Elite mafia series is the same lady who gives us these humorous romances.

can't wait for the next book

I have fallen in love with the characters in the London Lovers series over the past year, so each time a new story comes out, I am excited to read it.

And London Bound was no exception

London Bound starts up right where A Broken Us finished, but you could read it without reading the previous books.

We met Leslie, Finley's best friend in the past books in the series, and now we get her story.

Lez has always been the one in the friendship that was a bit out there, didn't care what anyone thought. Her antics with her friend and roommate Frank were quite legendary.

They say you never know what hides behind those smiles. And Lez has been hiding things, even from her best friend, for a while. And they are affecting her to this day.

I LOVED her first encounter with the sexy Theo. I couldn't help but laugh, but could also completely feel her embarrassment.

But she is never going to see him again, right??

Oh my Theo! What is not to love about this man? When Lez and Theo's world collide again.. and again, sparks fly and things sure do start to heat up.

Throw in a sexy challenge from Lez's partner in crime and fellow ginger Frank, and you just know things are going to be fun, but are going to get messy.

We learn so much more about Leslie. Why did she leave America? Why has she sworn off men?

Theo also has a secret he is hiding from Lez - and we all know how well that always goes, don't we! At times I just wanted to slap some sense into him, wanted Lez to move on. But at the same time I wanted them to stick with it, as I knew things would be wonderful if they could get through them.

There were a lot of laughs in London Bound, but this book also hits on some deeper, darker issues. One of the characters goes through something that hit quite close to the bone for me as I have been in their position in the past. Ms Daws dealt with these issues with empathy, with caring. She did not sugar coat things. Thank you for this.

I loved that we got more of Finley and Brody, whose relationship is moving on in leaps and bounds from where they left off. Frank and his vintage porn obsession is hilarious.

And then there is Liam. He has kind of been in the background, pining over Finley. I sure do hope we get more of his story. Please!

I can't wait to see what Ms Daws brings us next

You will need to have at least read the previous book, Undesired Lust before you read Sultry Groove.

Oh Sean....

After events in the previous book, Reckless Beat drummer Sean Taiden is in a terrible downward spiral. Heart broken, feeling undervalued in the band, he just wants his bandmates to leave him the hell alone and let him drink himself into oblivion.

I swear my heart broke over and over in the first 15% of this book. Seriously, every time I think, "oh it will get better now"... BAM right in the feels again!

Then Melody storms into his life. She is just as broken, just as Sean is.

There is an instant spark between them, though great is meant to be easy. And man, do this pair make things hard! We are taken on such an emotional rollercoaster.

Just as we think that things are going to start going right for our lovelies, something comes along and rips it all away. Well, they do/say something to rip it all away. I just wanted to slap their heads together, tell them to stop effing things up. They imperfections make them perfect for each other.

So, can they pull their fingers out and make a go of this thing, or will they keep up this pull/push thing they are doing?

Nope, for that you will have to read for yourself.

I loved that we got more of the Reckless Beat boys and their lovely ladies. At times I wanted to love Mason and Sidney (Sean's best friend and his fiance) but at other times I just wanted them to go away and leave our boy Sean alone.

What I really am looking forward to now is Ryan's story. Things kind of came to a head with his storyline during this book, and we have been set up for one heck of a ride with his future story.

Can. Not Wait!

If you like your rockers and have not yet met the boys of Reckless Beat, do your self a favour and check them out.

Stolen follows on right where book 1, Captive ends, so you will need to have read it first

Yay, we finally got more of Lek and Greer (well, it hasn't really been that long, but I have been wanting, no needing to know what happens next, so it seems like forever!)

What a ride we are taken on! Whereas the first book was more about the budding romance between Lek and Greer (well, after the kidnapping anyway), this is more action packed. I mean , who expects to be kidnapped from their kidnapper?!?

We are taken on one heck of a ride with Stolen. Not only relationships are on the line, but lives maybe as well.

And just when we think things are going to come good, BAM - we are rocked all over again.

Now I am impatiently waiting for book 3 - Lost - as I NEED to know what happens with Lek and Greer, Tas and Aran.

I am a big fan of The Manhattanites series by Avery Aster, so I absolutely love these snippets into the earlier years of Lex, Taddy, Vive and Blake.

As big, bold and brassy as the are now, it is great to see the teenage side of them.

This is Blake's story, and boy do I love this boy. I love seeing his shy side, the love he has for his family and his BFF, VBF and BFFL (aka as his ladies). I adore his relationship with his best friend Thor, the love of his family.

And who will be the man to win his heart?

With the first couple of Undergrad books, there sure seems to have been a fair amount of bad luck amongst the group, but as this story unfolds we see that there may be more than meets the eyes.

This story had fun and laughter, but also so much sadness and tears.

Now I can't wait for more Undergrads and Manhattanites books!

I am a sucker for a rock star, and Dan Evans got to me.

I laughed, I may have shed a tear, I loved how he never have up on Ashlyn.

Adore the rest of the Power Station boys and looking forward to reading more.

This has been sitting waiting for me to get time to read it for a while now.

Omg why did I not find time sooner?

I feel like my heart has been ripped out, put back together, and then ripped out again. Over and over again.

Ms Bromberg, I really need a hug now!
