Royal Bully was like going right back to the beginning of Eagle Elite, with Nixon, Chase and Trace.

i have been looking forward to this EE: The Next Generation series, and was not at all disappointed.

Asher was so sweet with his girl, but is such a contrast with his actions for family.

Blood In. No Out.

I can't wait for more of Mafia Royals.

What a beautiful story of love, loss, survival.

I am glad that I did not read Ms Collins notes at the end of the book before reading, as I would have been a complete and total mess - more than I already was anyway.

Gracie and David's story is amazing. 18 years after he saved her as a child, their worlds once again collide. They have never been far from each other's minds, even though they have never seen each other since that time.

I just adored this story, from the first word to the last. Yes, it is a beautiful love story about reconnecting, but there was just so much more to it.

Would the future be enough for you if you can't remember the past?

Though events that occur, both past and present, we see so many sides of our lovelies, especially David. From David the fireman, to David the protector, the boyfriend, the lover. He is kinda swoon-worthy.

There is a little bit of everything in From The Wreckage. Some laughter and joy. Some sadness and loss. If you are anything like me, have your tissues handy, as there will be tears.

And please, when you get to the end of the story, go on and read the acknowledgements at the end. You will appreciate this story so much more when you read this.

Ms Collins, your Uncle David would be amazingly proud of you.

Do you believe you can have two big loves in your lifetime?

Let Love Be is a book about love and loss, regret, second chances

We first met Lucy "Momma" Crane in the first book in the series, Let Love In. She lost the love of her life very early in her marriage, and has spent the years being the best mum she can to her daughter Melanie.

Now her daughter Melly and her best friend/surrogate daughter Maddy have moved away and are making their own lives, it is time for Lucy to live for herself.

It is refreshing to read a book about a mature couple. Don't get me wrong, I love the other books in this series, but as someone old enough to be their mother, it is nice for a change to read about characters closer to my age. None of the angsty teen problems!!

Evan Donovan never felt like he deserved a family. New York firefighter to the core, he has dealt with so much heartache over the years, and is still dealing with PTSD from the 9/11 attacks. His fellow firefighters are his family, and for so long is all he felt he needed.

Both Lucy and Evan feel that what they have is enough. But when they meet, they both start to question what they have felt for so many years.

I completely adore Lucy and Evan. They are so different, but so alike, and so perfect for each other. At times I wanted to smack their heads together to make them get themselves sorted out. And I wanted to give them both big bear hugs. There were things that cut right to the heart of the matter that made me want to laugh, want to cry.

We also got more of Maddy and Reid as they prepare to become parents, Melly Belly has her dramas. I also love love love Linda, Lucy's best friend from forever ago. Love her trying to set Lucy up on blind dates. as well as dipping her toe in the dating pool as well.

Ms Collins has created a series that has drawn me in from the first book right up to where we are now. I have become invested in the lives of this extended family group. I have enjoyed watching the characters grow and develop as the series has progressed, and love that we have been given the stories of not just the younger characters but also Lucy and Evan.

Now, I would love to know more about Joe (Reid's step-dad).

I can't wait to see what Ms Collins gives us next!

Another enjoyable installment in the Cozy Corgi series.

Along with the town of Midsomer from the TV, Estes Park is another town you don't want to visit if you was to live.

Fred and Watson are on the trail out another mysterious murder. I actually guessed this one early on, but it was still fun working my way through all the red herrings

The narration was again enjoyable to listen to.

Now on to the next murder...

When The Ninth Inning turned up on my Kindle, there was a squee of joy that emerged from my mouth

And then I started singing to the tune of Justin Timberlake "she's bringing baseball back".

I was obsessed with Jack F'n Carter for the longest time, and finding out we were heading back to Fullton State had me so, so, excited. Seeing the next generation come through is going to be so much fun.

Cole and Christina's second chance story has shade of Jack and his Kitten all over again.

Cole had me right from the start, and I loved thew way he fought to get his girl back. We had the angst, we had the fun and laughter, we had the whole college drama thing happening.

They had great chemistry that jumped off the page. The spark were flying from the first line to the last. I laughed, I smiled, and boy oh boy did I get so frustrated.

I adore Christina's best friend Lauren (wondering if named after author Christina Lauren??) and I need her to get her HEA,

And don't get me started on Cole's friends, particularly Chance Carter.

The Ninth Inning was a great start to a fantastic new series, and I can't wait to get more.

Wow, just wow.

Ugh, me and my stupid Bookzheimers had forgotten what part one was about, however a few minutes in and I was all caught up.

Why do you do it to me Mr Cherry? Why do you make my eyes leak? Sheesh, I thought it was bad enough in part one, but oh no, you had to keep it going in part two as well.

This book was not quite what I was expecting - I thought part one would be the past, part two would be the present, however we had more of the past to contend with before we could get to the here and now.

Oh Landon, I love you, but damn I hate you for a lot of this story. You broke my heart, man! I had such high hopes for you, and then bam you keep hurting our girl Shay and I hate you again lol

However, we know that Ms Cherry is going to make things right again...eventually. But boy oh boy what I ride she takes us on.

This is another book where you need vodka and tissues by your side.

Don't say you haven't been warned!

Though this is the 3rd in the Princes of Texas series, it could be read as a standalone (I forgot all I read in book 2 and still enjoyed it)

Charlotte and Nick have been dancing around each other for a long while, and just when you think that it is going to be more of the same, moves are finally mad.

I like the Charlotte is not afraid to tell him like it is. She knows what she wants, and she is going to get it, come hell or high water.

Their initial email conversations had me smiling and laughing at times. Full of snark, you can practically feel them both rolling their eyes.

This book was full of sweet, full of sexy and oh my goodness I was so frustrated at times with our cowboy. I knew he would finally come to his senses but sheeeesh it took him a while!

I loved seeing more of Hallie and Rafe from book 2, and I really do need to go back and read book 1

Something started to happen that I was hoping for all through this read, but now I have to wait a while to see where it goes. I don't want to wait lol

I am new to Julia London stories, however I have liked what I have read so far, and look forward to reading more in the future.

Another super cute story from Helena Hunting. And set in my favourite city in the USA that I have visited - Seattle. We are already on a winner!!
Forget the other two books in this series (well, don't really, but just for the minute) - A Secret for A Secret is a definite favourite.

King and Queenie are all kinds of sweet and cute and full of lust for each other. Oy, you can cut the sexual tension through a knife, and there are proximity pheromones flying all around them *fans self*

King is so the antithesis of hockey players we have seen before. He really is a boy scout when it comes to life, to his career, to women. And if you are like me, you can't help smiling every time he is on the page.

I freaking adore Queenie. She is floundering, not sure what she want in life, and now she has found her King, is even more confuzzled.

The character I didn't think I was going to get along with was Queenie's dad,and I was completely surprised with his actions and the way he reacted to things. He was so not what I was expecting.

There were WTF moments right from the beginning of this story, and they kept on coming. I was anxious but impatient to turn each page to find out what was happening.

I also love love loved getting to see Violet and the Waters family. There is one that will completely steal your heart.

I want, no, I need more of this series. Please give me more Ms Hunting.

ARC received from Harper Collins Australia for an honest review

The Women's Pages is another wonderfully written and inspiring story from Victoria Purman.

I am loving reading more Australian historical fiction these days, and Ms Purman's stories are some that I will always read.

Set in Sydney at the end of WW2, we are taken on the journey with Tilly, her best friend Mary and their families as the men come home and the women are again relegated to the life of baby making and cooking for their man (ugh, I don't think I would have survived back then lol).

Tilly is ahead of her time really, with her career in journalism being curtailed by the fact she didn't have a penis. She fought for every chance that was just thrown in the laps of the good ol' boys.

The hope and the heartache of war time is a huge part of this tale, and I turned each page, holding my breath for what was going to happen next.

Ms Purman has painted a vivid picture of war time Sydney, and had me thinking about what my grandparents went through in the early days of their marriage. I love reading a story that draws me right in like that.

I loved where Tilly's story ended up, and smiled at something I was hoping for the whole time I was reading.

Beautiful writing, enthralling story, I hope to read more from Ms Purman in the future
