I love anything that Lilliana Anderson writes, and it was a joy to read Love Is A Beach.

This is a (mostly) lighthearted read about finding love again. There are some sad and very emotional times as well, but they are outshined by the happy fun times.

I can't lie though - there were people I wanted to nut punch - and they deserved it!

Another thing - I sooooo want to be Nana when I retire! Between her and Darcy's boy Archer, they completely stole the limelight with this one.

Leo and Darcy have this insane attraction, pheromones flying all over the place between them, and all I want is for them to get together.

Ms Anderson has a great sense of humour (and some great inspiration for her characters). There were times when I was laughing out loud as I was reading. I want to be friends with these people so much.

Beautiful story telling, wonderful imagery, I was drawn right into this story, and I didn't want to leave.

Now I am impatiently awaiting what Ms Anderson brings us next.

This. This is the story I have been wanting since we first met Aiden Brooks as a 6 year old.

And Dump and Chase did not disappoint.

I am a big, big fan of the Assassins series, and I am glad we are getting to see a little more of them as this new series starts.

I adore Shelli, She is plenty strong and goes after what she wants, however she is not afraid to show her vulnerabilities.

Aiden, Aiden, Aiden. I love him. I hate him. I can't help but love to hate him at times. He frustrated the crap out of me, I wanted to nut punch him more than once ( I really am feeling violent this week lol)

I laughed, I cried, I (mentally) threw my Kindle at Aiden's head at times lol. I did love getting into his head and figuring out, along with him, why he acts the way he does at times.

This is a great way to get back into Assassins world, and I am really, really looking forward to seeing where Next Generations takes us.

I am going to tell you something that is going to shock you *leans in close to whisper* - this is the first Cassandra Clare book I have read.

And even more shockingly - I watched the Shadowhunters TV show on Netflix to get myself caught up - all because Magnus and Alec's book blurb intrigued me.

Don't shoot me, OK. I will go back and read the books!

I am glad I said yes to reading this book, as it really was an enjoyable, magical romp around Europe

The last 30% of his book really ramped things up for me, an I found myself being "anti-social" (as people were calling it) by sitting with friend, book in hand, reading away, as I needed to know where things were going.

I did wonder at times if Magnus would come across as a bit too glib, a bit too jokey - I mean, not everything needs a smart-ass comments. However, in the end I didn't mind them at all. It played off well against Alec's fears and worries, and the complemented each other well.

So, yes, I will go back and read the earlier boos, and yes, I will definitely be reading more of Malec in the future.

Firstly -#backporn! That cover is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Angel was everything I could have wanted in Halo and Viper's story.

Sweet, sexy and hot AF, I couldn't wait to turn each and every page.

I liked that, even though things could have been HARD for them, with the way their lives (especially Halo's) had changed, that there wasn't any OTT, unnecessary drama, no stupid miscommunications, you know, all that stuff that drives me as a reader bonkers!

My heart just swelled with love for our lovelies. Gah, I just can't adore this book any more!

And just when you don't think you can get any more hotness, we get set up for Killian's book - which I think is going to be steaming hot too!

I love this writing duo, and I want - no, I need -more of Fallen Angel in my life.

What a gripping debut novel from James Delargy.

I am on a bit of a crime/thriller kick at the moment, and the premise of 55 really intrigued me.

Who really is 55?

So many twists and turns, the reader along with the police were kept on edge, trying to figure out who really was the killer, why and where were all the other bodies.

We are shown some things from the past, however I wasn't really sure what why at first, however as the story continued I could start to put the pieces together.

The synopsis hooked me, as I felt that this was a completely different spin on the genre (to me and what I have read anyway).

There were 3 sides to this story - Heath's story, Gabriel's story and the truth. Each time I thought I knew who or why, a spanner was thrown into the works and I had to rethink.

I don't like to say much about the endings of books, however with this one, I just have to say "how the heck can you do that to me?". I found myself turning the page, making sure that I hadn't missed a chapter in my haste to find things out. Nope, I hadn't. Well played, Mr Delargy, well played.

Different, interesting and left me wanting more.

I can't wait to see what he brings us next.

It has been a while since I have read a Jay Crownover story - so many books, so little time yada yada yada.

Unbroken was a great way to get back into her world, ready for this new Loveless, Texas series.

I love an opposites attract story, and boy Crew and Della sure are different. I liked that Crew owns up to the sh!t he gets himself into. I liked that he knows what he is doing wrong and wants to change.

And the images I had in my head of him in some scenes... well, let's just say I was fanning myself.

This is a novella and the gateway to the Loveless series, so whilst we get to know our characters, we don't really get to know the characters like we would in a full blown novel, and things did feel a little hard and fast. But to me, that was to be expected.

I am looking forward to more of this series, coming soon I hope!

Awww this was such a cute, sweet and just lovely story.

Mckenna and Chris have bot been dealt a sh!tty hand in the love department, however both are ready to move on - but only into fun dating.

Ha! Right! I loved that as an outsider to this story, you can see them falling waaaaay before do, and it is a wondeful thing to watch.

Chris has this geek hotness thing going on - and I am a bit of a sucker for that!

Mckenna is kicking life's butt in her mission to get back into the dating world *shudders at that thought* and I just adore her all the more.

Cute read (previously released as Trophy Husband, but completely rewritten and mostly new content).

I look forward to what Ms Blakely brings us next

And thus I die
This is the emotional ending to Abram and Mona's story, and to me it was the best read of the three installments.

I have been looking forward to this final read, though finding the Time to get to it was the issue. I am glad I made myself sit down this weekend and devour this book.

It was kind of of like Abram and Mona did a freaky friday switch kind of thing, where our lovely Mona came right out of her shell, and Abram was the more careful one. I was glad that Mona finally told Abram and others what happened when she was younger, and that she was taking charge of it.

Lucky for Leo, he changed his tune a lot in this book, and I actually kind of liked him in the end, and I never saw that happening.

I adore the colours on the cover of this book - they stand out among the books on the shelf.

I am conflicted with this review. There are things that I liked, and there are things that I disliked.

I liked seeing my home city of Sydney through the decades (I particularly like it through the 70s, though in the time line it all happened a couple of years before I was born).

I liked the changing political climates throughout the decades, and seeing the seeds of change planted and come to fruition.

However, I didn't like any of our 3 leading ladies. I found them all selfish, and man the apple did not fall far from the tree with any of them.

Most of the time I found myself yelling at my book, telling people to run far, far away from them all.

And I hated that I felt that way - however this could just be me.

I liked the writing, the imagery and their stories - just not the women!

This was my first Penelope Hanley read, but it won't be my last.

It has been a while since I have read a Lauren Layne book ,so why not dive back in with Passion On Park Avenue.

This did start off in an unusual way, and you will need to suspend your sense of belief right from the start, as there is no way that things would really go the way they did.

I did like the friendships that Naomi made at the beginning of the book, and was curious as to how they maintained throughout the story.

Oliver was wonderful - though I am not sure I would put up with the way Naomi was with him for as long as he did.

I wanted to shake some sense into Naomi on more than one occasion, and did the epic eye roll at her at times - I mean, really lady, really? I think if it was not for her friends and their influence on her, I could have really not liked her at all.

But this could all just be me.

I am looking forward to seeing where the author takes these friendships and relationships i the future.
