I have adored each book in the K9 series to date, and whilst I liked Explosive Forces, I didn't love it like I have the previous books.

It may be just me, but I didn't feel the connection between Noah and Carly. This may be because they didn't spend that much time together in the scheme of things. Don't get me wrong, the arson/firefighter part of the story was very interesting (I am a volo firefighter) but it took a bit away from our lovelies.

I am not going to lie though, I think Harley is by far my favourite of the K9s so far. I loved that he wasn't the perfect service/guard dog. He has a little bit of mischief in him, and I adored that. Made me feel a bit better about the way my dog behaves lol

I did like Explosive Forces but for me it just fell a little bit flat compared to the other books. But I am looking forward to whatever D.D Ayres brings us next.

I love the sight of a new Kim Karr book on my kindle in the morning!

I am not going to lie, it took me a while to remember who these characters were -which has nothing to do with the book, but due to the fact that I read so many books! Once I was in there though, it all come flooding back, and I remembered how I wanted Maggie and Brooklyn to have a thing.

Well, Maggie is in the picture but it is Brooklyn's brother Keen who is her leading man.

I adored this pair, I loved that it is not an insta-love with them (thank goodness, I am soooo not a fan!). From a promising start to radio silence, I could feel Maggie's hurt, her anger, her despondency.

I liked that Keen wasn't our usual millionaire with the perfect life. He is flawed, his life is a mess, but through it all his heart is still with Maggie - even when he effs things up there was still care.

But what woman with a pulse could resist Keen when he puts everything into setting things right. I liked that Maggie didn't immediately forgive and fall back into his bed. She made him fight for her - no matter how much she did/didn't want him to!

But you will have to read for yourself if you want to find out if he succeeds!

I loved that we go more of Makayla and Cam from No Pants Required, and there was something with Maggie and Brooklyn that had me giggling. I adore the banter between all the friends.

Bedwrecker is a sweet and sexy and fun romance about 2 adorable people who were not looking for love, but it slapped them in the face anyway.

Now I am really looking forward to Brooklyn's story!

Yes, more of the Dirty Texas boys!

If you have read the first book and the novella, you have met Christian and Vanessa.

Running on the same timeline as the first book, we now get their story.

And what a story!

It is sweet, sexy, sizzling hot. It is heartfelt and emotional. It was so much more than I was expecting - and after the previous reads, my expectation were high.

From laughter to tears, from happy to sad, angry and emotional - I felt it all with Suddenly Together.

I wanted to slap some sense into them both, I wanted to hug them, to get smashed with them, to be the shoulder they needed to cry on.

And Vanessa - gah, silly woman, I wanted to shake some sense and tell her that if she didn't want her best friend as more than friends, I would take her place!

Each installment in the Dirty Texas series just keeps getting better and better. Ms Low weaves the stories together seamlessly and had me wanting more.

I can't wait to see what she brings us next

Faye and Dex/Sin - yes!!

It is no secret that this is the series that got me back into the oversaturated MC genre, and it quickly became a must read series for me.

For a novella, this book sure packed a punch. Whilst it is Faye/Sin-centric, we get plenty of the other lads and ladies of the WDMC.

Faye is everything I want to be when I grow up. She is smart, funny, and a doesn't take any crap from anyone, tough as nails mumma bear when it comes to her family - by marriage and by club.

And thankfully Last Ride is not the last ride for the WDMC, as there is at least one more book I spy on Amazon. Besides, people will keep prospecting into the club, so we will always have more Dragons to read about.

Right, Ms Fernando?

Last Ride is a quick read, but it was just enough - and I mean JUST enough - to get me through till I have time to reread the series again.

Can't wait for more.

It has been a long time since I have read a J.C Reed book, and I had forgotten how much I enjoyed them.

The premise of Love Addicts Anonymous is like the start of a joke... a sex addict and a love addict are paired up to cure their addictions.

Like all addicts, neither Kade nor Vicky feels they have an addiction, and while they are fighting the denial, they are also drawn to each other. Well, they do say opposites attract!

Kade and Vicky could be so bad for each other.. or they could be so good. In this first installment we are only just getting the set up of why they are in rehab, so not too much has happened yet, but even with what we have so far... there is going to be flamage between them if the spark is anything to go by!

I hurt for Vicky as we learn more of her story and why she is where she is today. I got so angry on her behalf I wanted to crush my kindle.

Kade... so far he is coming across as the cocky "every woman wants me" guy but I could start to see the man behind all that - only a smidge but he is there.

Things are going to heat up in the next installments, and thankfully they are not far away.

Can't wait to get into part 2.

Pretty much just after meeting Truman Gritt, it was a case of

Oh my goodness, be still my beating heart!

Truman and Gemma's story is heartwarming, emotional, sweet - with some dark and gritty times to mix things up.

Their story goes to show that your past does not define your future. Their lives are both so different to the way they could have turned out, and they are much the better for it.

There was not one thing that I did not adore about Tru. That bad boy exterior is coating a marshmallow inside!

The characters felt real, their day to day struggles believable and relatable. The story flowed seamlessly, I needed to turn the page to find out what happened next.

I have read a lot of Ms Foster's work in the past, but Tru Blue has easily become one of my favourites.

There are some great secondary characters that I need to know more about, if you get time Ms Foster!

This is my first Molly McAdams book, and whilst I liked it, I didn't love it.

With my confuzzled brain, it jumped around too much for me. Present tense, a year ago, last week, a month ago, I was all over the place.

The love triangle between Jentry, Rorie and Declan has the read all tied up in knots. Who will Rorie choose, who will have their heart broken (there is always a loser in a love triangle story), will anyone find their HEA.

By abuot the half way mark, I felt like I should have had a chart up on the wall for reference of times and places and people. I didn't know whether I was coming or going at times.

I liked the story, but the execution of it was just a little off for me.

I will go back and read Ms McAdams books in the future though.

I love the sight of a new Helena Hunting book on my kindle! She has quickly become of my auto-click, always read authors.

You could read Fractures In Ink without reading the other books in the Clipped Wings series, but there are things that we read that won't make much sense without knowing the whole story.

And why would you want to miss any of Hayden and his cupcakes?

If you have read the earlier books in the Clipped Wings series, Chris and Sarah's story is not going be new to you. But that does not at all take away their story at all. In fact, you are going to wish that you had had this story before now.

If you have only read Ms Hunting's Pucked series, you won't find this book full of beavers and wood jokes.

She has warned readers that Fractures In Ink is going to be different, going to be darker, going to be angst filled.

And it was all that and more.

From the first word to the last, my heart was racing for Chris and Sarah - and not always in a good way! It was an

from beginning to end.

And definitely one of my favourite Helena Hunting books to date.

After coming down from the horrible book hanger it left me, I am now impatiently waiting for what she brings us next.

Holy sh!tballs! This book!

This was my first J.B Salsbury book, and what a way to start their books!

I was intrigued when I read the synopsis of Split, but what was between the pages was so much more than I ever expected.

I went into this book completely blind, and am so glad I did. It is the only way to experience this story.

Lucas and Shyann's story is as beautiful as it is heartbreaking. For every glimpse of hope we are given, there is a twist that is itching to take it away. Who is the good guy, and who is the bad?

I don't want to give too much away about this book, but needless to say, you need to read it. It is a day after I finished reading and I am still thinking about it as I work. It will stay with me for quite a while I think.

I can't wait to see what we get next.

A new book from K. Bromberg - Sweeeeet!!

Firstly, I want to be the lucky lady who gets to put her handprints all over that body!

It was a nice break away from the racing world with Ms Bromberg's Sweet Cheeks.

And sweet is exactly what this book is about.

From cupcake queen Saylor to her Hollywood hottie ex Hayes, this book is going to give you a toothache.

There are plenty of sad moments, happy moments, funny moments and sexy moments as this pair who have been apart for 10 years reminisce and come together again to combat her ex fiance and his viperous family and friends.

I loved Saylor's brother Ryder, and I feel that he needs his own book!

Whilst this is a sweet book, I wanted a bit more heat between our lovelies. There was a lot of lead up to the sexy actions - it is probably just my pervy mind but I wanted more boom chica wow woooooow.

And Hayes in that last 1/4 of the book - can we say swoonworthy?

Sweet Cheeks is a sweet, sexy second chance romance that left me wanting more.
