Okay, listen… golden retriever MMCs are not usually my thing. I’m a sucker for the broody, morally grey types. But CONNOR?? Connor made me eat my words. He’s gentle, loyal, fiercely protective, and the way he is with Summer?? I was melting. Constantly.
Also, the stalker subplot?? Creepy. Addictive. Absolutely unhinged. I need to know more, and I’m already impatient for book two. There’s something SO intriguing going on, and I’m dying to connect all the dots.
The pacing was seamless, the story so easy to fly through, and the found family dynamics?? Chef’s kiss. Alice is 100% my new book bestie—chaotic, supportive, hilarious. I want her in every scene forever.

It was an epic finale to an addictive story. It picks up exactly where we left off the previous book and is fast-paced. I was on the edge of my seat with certain actions from the characters and was just waiting for the shoe to drop. There was tension, adventure, and all the things I'd want from a finale. If you haven't picked up this series yet, you definitely should give it a try.

You know how I always say small town romances aren’t really my thing? Yeah, well… Lucy Score just made me eat my words—in the best way possible.
"Story of My Life" gave me all the warm, cozy, slightly chaotic small-town energy I didn’t know I needed. With tropes like grumpy x sunshine, fake dating with amazing banter, and forced proximity, this book wrapped itself around my heart and refused to let go. I laughed. I swooned. I may or may not have squealed.
