Didn’t capture my attention; realized I didn’t care much about the characters or what would happen to them. 

Just wasn’t capturing my attention. I tried to get at least half way through, but it was too slow paced. I really liked the main characters, and their best friends were very loveable.  

Really liked the first half, not so much when

they killed a guy on accident and got her mob family involved?? It was a completely separate book.  I also don’t want kids, and hearing her talk about wanting a “little Josh” around was too much.

Just not for me!

Series got repetitive and boring. I wasn’t attached to the characters enough to keep reading. 

Not invested in the story line or characters. 

Great concept, I can tell the author is talented and is a great storyteller, but overall it’s a little depressing and brings to light sad topics I’m already aware of. 

Got the audiobook from the library to listen to instead.
