There was a lull kinda in the middle so I docked a star for that but the last 4 chapters more than made up for it and my beginning dislike of Alex. 3 1/2 stars
Pretty good classic. I’ve never read or even heard of Evelyn Waugh before this year and book and this was completely delightful.
