Terrible writing, ridiculous incessant cursing, insta-lust between main leads when previously the male lead didn't give a damn about female lead and completely ignored her throughout their engagement, male lead kept calling female lead his teenage wife/a kid 🤮, made weird commentary about his previous endless string of whores and not wanting anything to do with fl then continuously fantasising about f***ing her six ways to sunday lol. In conclusion: I was bored to tears

I have...very mixed feelings and my thoughts are all a jumble but one thing is for sure I ABSOLUTELY HATED THE MAIN CHARACTERS WITH AN INTENSITY THAT COULD RIVAL THE FUCKING SUN 🤮😡
Tbh the most interesting thing about this entire book was the preview of The Vintage Club given at the end ! Emilia and Mr. Romano had better chemistry in a single chapter than all of Danielle Lori's previous book couples combined 😤😂 Can't wait for it to finally be published after a bazillion years...

Thiago was a saint compared to this lying cheating hypocritical piece of shit Matteo, I'm genuinely disgusted that he thought he could have "fun" and supposedly claim Valentina all the while practically engaged to another woman and saying that he'd firget all about her once he was married ?!?!🤮
And Valentina was no better ! Saying she wanted to avenge her murdered sister all the while fucking, fooling around with Matteo and being a spineless coward for half the book OMFG BE FR 💀
