Mr. 6 is dog obsessed and Martha fits the bill!

I’m a Whedon fan, but I have to admit Brian K Vaughn has it for me on the Runaways. This book is fun, a little confusing, and beautiful but I preferred OG.

First grader and I finished this one up tonight before bedtime. Of the treehouse books it was easily one of our favorites. I particularly enjoyed talking with him about it afterwards because the Dickens story highlighted generosity in helping those in poverty.

Good historical context but definitely someone’s dissertation that was never quite edited for a book.
