i distinctly remember reading this and really loving it in seventh grade

Three stars again because I hate HATE the decision to give Jacob a POV in this book. The wolf drama is insanely boring, why would she do that for only the last book, and I also just intensely dislike Jacob. So, a recipe for disaster, basically. I've actually never minded the sort of anticlimactic ending, but it seems like I'm kind of in the minority there. Mostly I just hate the Jacob section.

Sometimes you don’t really notice a lack of positive representation until you find it for the first time. While there are about a million books about white girls, it still moves me to tears every time I read about bi girls or fat girls. To have a main character who’s both in such an affirming way in such a fun book? Amazing.
