a fabulous quick read, loved reading a book w neopronouns as well! and the way Jillian and Lyle communicate and encourage each other to be open about sexual and nonsexual topics however they are comfortable, I just loved that representation as well - NOT TO MENTION THE AROALLO REP??? love love love seeing rep of someone being aromantic but not asexual and this not being seen as a negative or damaging thing<33333

I really enjoyed this book, and once I finally got more into it, I couldn’t put it down. I loved the little treasure hunt, and I didn’t even put more of the pieces together until near the very end. As a middle grade book, I didn’t find it to be too immature at the same time, with the characters and storyline very enjoyable. I’m looking forward to recommending this book to students, and honestly even some peers.
informative

lovely quick and easy guide to cover some bases and start some thoughts, then with a good list of further reading recommendations at the end

exactly as it says, a great intro guide to things:) i love the artwork and chill nature of the information, not making it feel dense and heavy

I love this as a good lighthearted and hopeful middle grade book about an autistic girl. I listened to it as an audiobook quickly and would love to recommend it to my students or others who could relate. Even though I am well above the age for this book, I still found it a comforting read, easy and lighthearted that made me cry a couple times in relation.

audiobook specific: i love this book as a whole and read it in print and as an audiobook and i loved the narration and thought it was very well done:)) highly recommend
