The main character is a psychotherapist, but at the same time she has almost zero self-awareness. Her hysteria is annoying, especially when you right away realize what's really going on and then have to wait for her to calm down. The predictable plot twist doesn't add to the joy. Any detective story lover will put together 

Cooper triggered by his sis wedding and the fact that their father didn't show where the bodies were.
