This book got better as it went along. At first I was annoyed by the characters, but that was also kind of the point. LOL. As the book moves along you find more of the characters' humanities and why they are the way they are. I never fell truly in love with them, but it was still a delightful book to read!

I received this book courtesy of Net Galley in exchange for my honest review.

I want to care about this series, but I just can't do it.

3.5 stars!

It's definitely good enough to keep reading the series. I love the representation and the good girls and the shibari. Honestly, there wasn't enough shibari for me and I expected it to be smuttier and kinkier when we immediately dive into her being a sexologist and meeting up at a sex club. Still, it wasn't fade to black either. It was like beginner spicy. Immediately starting book two!

Word of warning: This author apparently uses the word "snatch" and I'm not sure I will ever get over the first time it appeared on the page. I will be substituting it in my brain with a less awful term going forward.

I've read this twice already and that is not enough times. I am madly in love with this book, these characters, and Abby Jimenez. My friends are going to leave me based solely on the fact that I cannot shut up about this series and my undying love for Abby.
