First read: I have an 2000-edition so I guess around then..?

Second read: July 2016, with Rowie.

I loved rereading this as well! I loved the car as much as the first time, and I have the feeling there is much more happening in this book than in the first.

I loved this book! And I loved rereading it.

The buddyrereading with Rowie is an amazing experience.

I'm loving each Harry Potter book more and more. That ending was phenomenal! I remembered some things, like Spoilerthat timethingy and that he saw himself, but that did not spoil the book for me at all, I really enjoyed reading this.

Why did we say one book a month Rowie I want more, now :( This does remind me of the pain each year when you finished it, to HAVE ti wait a WHOLE YEAR for the next book...

First read: when it came out, I have a 2000 edition so around then..?

Another Harry Potter, another 5*. I did not remembered a lot about this book, only a certain someone dying and something under water. So, it felt like a new read to me, and I highly enjoyed reading this. I did not like how the ending was written Spoilerwith the bad guy just telling everything, that felt like an easy option, but I still liked the story a lot. Was very late with reading my september Harry (whoops), wil start my october one sooner ;)

I will always rate an original Harry Potter 5* because I grew up with them and I have so many good memories to reading this, and it is just an amazing experience to be rereading these again after so many years.

They really feel like new books to me because I remembered so less details about them. Like the fireworks in this one! I had the same fun over them as the first time around I read it, I'm sure of that.

At this book, I really mean the 5* again, and that is because I realized something. I don't really like Harry this rereading round, I think he is annoying and arrogant and other things that are not positive about your character :) But when I first read it, I was totally on his side and thinking about all the teachers and grown-ups that they were so annoying, Harry had no choose but to take matters in his own hand, Hermine was such a know-it-all..

And while reading this book, I realized how amazingly well-written this is. As a annoying teenager (admit, we all are/have been :P) you think and act like Harry, and as a grown-up your facepalming about how teenagelike Harry is doing.. And it is the same book and same point of view! That means, the writing is spot-on and you read in this book what you want to read / how you are etc and that is such an amazing job!

There were some parts in this book I did not like so much, but it is a hard job loving all the 668 pages I think :) I do have the same issue with all the books: during most of the book it is a lot of building-up, nothing much is happening. Than, everything happens really quick, and afterwards it is all explained in detail in a good talk. This is a structure of a book I don;t really like, but it is not worthily of a star deduction for a Harry potter :)

Again, rereading Harry potter was a very special experience.

I was dreading to read one particular scene. I knew it was in here, I knew I was completely shocked the first time I read it and I started to cry full on. but I would swear it was on 2/3 of the book.. nope, it was almost at the end. And yeah, I cried again.

Reading the chapter, seeing it coming was even worse than the first time. Back than, I had a naive confidence in the good, that something like that just could not happen. Men, I was wrong.

But I do had some struggles with this book. Again, Hogwarts is not as well described as other places in this book. As if everybody knows what the magical castle looks like. i noticed, the moving stairs from the movies, are they even in the books? That sort of thing, that is really missing out.

Also, the relationships between the characters in this book makes my stomach hurts. SpoilerHOW did I not saw Hermione and Ron happening the first time I read these books? It is so obvious.. I think I just did not wanted it to happen, let them just be friends that care a lot about each other.. But how obvious can it get. Oh and Harry and Ginny is like.. ugh. That monster in his belly, really? And how selfless of him to quit the relationship at the end, and what a perfect timing, at a funeral.. AHUM.

But even with so much to complain about with this book, rereading it is still an amazing expierence and the books have meant a great deal to me growing up so I will never rate them less that 5*. After all this time? Always.

I finished late last night. I stayed awake to finish, because how could anyone stop reading during the epic epic epic end battle of this series!?

Rereading Harry potter has been an amazing experience and I love how Rowie and I shared every step of the way. Rereading together also made sure I picked up the next book every month, otherwise my reread would have taken me 3 years or something, but I loved how we did this!

This book is now my favorite of all. it gave me all the feels now I remember from all the other books the first time I've read them. in the other books, I had a lot of things that I did not really liked. Still all 5* of course, but I was not head over heels again with this series. This book gave me all those feelings, and made me fall head over heels completely in love with this world. I absolutely love how this book ends and concludes it all. I love the battle.

I'm currently rewatching the movies, I've seen the first two, and I'm already excited to be watching the last two movies because I love this book so much now haha!

What an amazing job Rowling has done to let the books grow with you. I will allow my children to read one every year from 11 y/o so that they also grow with them :)

This was such a cute lovestory! I couldn't put this book down and read it cover to cover in a day, which I always love if I can do that.

This book is really important as well. Just go and read it, not more I can say!
