There’s nothing wrong with this book, I just realized I’m not in the mood for it at the moment. Returning to this at a later date.

4/5 stars. This short story had some issues with the writing but overall it was a fast-paced, thrilling story. This was action packed with a lot of gore.

There is a dog in this story

but the dog does not die for those of you who are concerned.

This was a great short story on death, grief, and mental illness.

I didn't think I'd be holding down tears by the end of this book but here I am. 

5/5 stars but there are a ton of triggers in this book and because of that, a lot of people will probably hate these books. 

I loved the concept, loved the story, and loved the message. Definitely not for the faint of heart though. There are a lot of really brutal descriptions of torture and death in this series.

This book isn't as good as the first one in my opinion, but it's still pretty fantastic if you can stomach the content.
