I had high expectations for this book and got kinda disappointed. I couldn’t connect with the characters but it’s a good story although it’s slow pace. I was expecting more action. I would recommend it anyways.

This is the kinda read that’s gonna take you out from a reading slump. I love the title and how it shows that to be a good story, people don’t need to be out of ordinary, it’s fine to be normal whatever normal means to you.

Absolutely well written! I just couldn’t put it down and devoured the words Kate Russell wrote. I can’t wait for her to write more novels.

Stephen King’s writing is undeniably awesome but for some reason I couldn’t quite connect with the stories in this book. Maybe I’ll try it again in the future.

This was my first book by Sager and I must admit that I haven’t felt so compelled for a book in a while. I simply couldn’t put it down! I loved the plot twists and I’m def gonna read the previous 3 books.

I confess I was expecting more from this book but it wasn’t a bad read.

I was expecting the writing to be more flourishing since its date of publication and I’m happy that it is not! I really liked the story, very creepy. Charlotte Gilman wrote this story while resting to cure her depression as a doctor advised and this story clearly shows that when the mind is sick, no matter where you are, it’s gonna find a way to play tricks on you.

I’m speechless. This is a massive book in pages, emotions and beautiful words. Yanagihara’s writing kept me so entertained and free of boredom, which I thought it couldn’t be possible at the beginning due to the number of pages, that I’m glad that I have picked up this book to read. My heart is broken but that’s what I expect from books - emotions. This is a beautiful example on how fiction can make us better people.

I had high expectations on this book but I couldn’t quite connect with it.
