Cutest book ever 

First thank you NetGalley and Thomas and mercer for sending me a digital copy of this book. 

I was really curious to read it. And I didn’t really liked it. Sure the story is interesting, there are good plot twists and mysteries, some can be surprising. But I think it wasn’t for me. 

Lydia is a good character , Merritt too I guess in her own way. But something was off and I didn’t grown an affection to them. 

 I’m sure lot of people would like this story. It just wasn’t for me 

Sometimes I felt so freaking dumb reading it. It’s the biggest book I’ve read in English so far. And it was really awesome. I loved the characters, and the story and the world building. 
But the final battle came so late and it was pretty short. 
But still a good book. Even if I got lost sometimes. But hey, I made it to the end! 

Bravo me!

A really beautiful book about mental health, found family, love. But also about finding your place and yourself while taking care of you. You’re a 20 something that doesn’t know what to do with your life (like me?) then, this book is for you !

Can I give it 10000 stars please. I mean, I was crying just before reading it. Because of how Noelle felt, it just resonated with me so much. I’ve been spiralling down. What if… I’m a lesbian, I’m supposed to have boobs right? But I feel dysphoria. But being perceived a woman isn’t always bad. It’s them. I want them to get away. And this? Je ne savais pas où l’autrice voulait nous mener en commençant ce livre… pourquoi? Je ne connaissais pas le podcast avant cette lecture. Et comment dire. J’ai énormément aimé. 
Alors que le début me faisait lever les yeux au ciel, j’ai ensuite compris où elle voulait en venir. C’est vraiment intelligent de commencer comme ça. 
Un récit sur les relations toxiques et comment elles nous détruisent, mais subtilement. 
Vraiment lisez ce livre; écoutez le podcast, mais c’est vraiment bien 

They were some good and fun moments with the bat family but meh. Got bored pretty quick. So that’s a no for me 

J’aurai sûrement du relire le premier tome pour me remettre dans le mood mais c’est un bon tome

When I read that it’s the story of a lesbian and her psychic girlfriend I had to get it. I mean an WlW thriller? Sign me in. 

And it’s a pretty good book. The suspens is good, the characters aren’t bad. But sometimes I really wanted to slap them. I love ghosts too and complicated love story and magic and dark magic. 

But sometimes there’s  a lot happening and not little time. But it’s just the first volume. Also the straight men in this book are way too confident with the d-slur
