Pretty good for general info in a lot of topics surrounding puppetry

This book was really good, and as someone who unironically loves puppets it felt like a big change from my usual pov with these creatures. It made me understand the fear some may have for them, more so reading the "why I wrote this book" part, and yet I didn't find it could disturb my usual way of viewing them (which is good, I don't want to work as a puppeteer and develop like trauma from a book 😂). 
Thanks Ben, this was a good read, and a really fast one too as it took me just two days to finish it.

Way too many ingredients and mix of religions I'm not fond of

I would have loved to learn more in depth about everything but this had enough information for now, it didn't feel too heavy nor did I get bored. This was what I was hoping for overall, even if I came initially looking for another book the author had published, I couldn't find it online and I'm sad to say I couldn't contribute money to this great author cause he deserves it but I honestly am yet to find his books (or similar informative ones on Venezuela's history) in a library 🫠

No son 5 estrellas por tanto cambio de perspectiva que me mareo y algún que otro comentario que me incomodó las expresiones del autor pero realmente hermoso, me fascina lo que te hace meterte en la vida de los personajes.
Cómo pibe trans reconozco que no sufro la discriminación de la misma forma que mis hermanas de la comunidad, y a pesar de tener historias de primera mano estar leyendo esto se sintio tan real y tan fuerte por como relató lo más crudo, lo peor, que les puede y les llega a pasar a muchas chicas.
Me gusta mucho la diversidad de vivencias, como se ve cada una de ella y como se siente con los demás y consigo mismas, ninguna está exactamente en sintonía con lo que sufre la otra pero a todas las conecta algo de alguna forma 🩷
