3.5⭐️s. I lost the want to read it about half way through and started another story. Came back to it though and I am happy I finished it.

Each year I read this book, I love a little more. There is something about know true facts about the magic of Christmas that draws you closer. There is a reason for the season for each person, and some of those reasons may differ. I've enjoyed this book. I look forward to reading it next year!!

If a romance could break you but keep you together all at the same time, is it a romance you could find yourself walking away from?

A coming of age story, filled with romance and suspense. Learning that pretty things don’t always equal a beautiful outcome. That sometimes the messy or unthinkable is the route your heart calls you to.

A favorite of mine, that I’ll continue to read over and over again.

I feel like I should have loved this more than I did. Still a short read I would recommend. Not something I would ever read twice just because nothing stayed with me after reading it. Written well and will hold you throughout the story. If read at the right time and by the right person, could be gripping, sad and thought provoking all at the same time. I think I just wanted more than this novella gave and that is at no fault of the author or story.
