This really is YA at its best - definitely on the heavier side of YA, very engaging characters and story

This book completely sucked me in - I finished it in one sitting. Did not 'go' where I expected it to; glad I didn't read any reviews as I went in not having a clue what to expect and it just gripped me right from the start.

What an amazing piece of writing; so cleverly written. I don't know how I hadn't read it before now, just beautiful and a tear jerker.

Enjoyed this book. Didn't know quite what to expect, but I have loved the authors previous YA books and decided to give it a go. I'd give it 4 stars, only reason I'd noy give it 5 is that I did find it a bit predictable but then I am definately not classed as YA!

Loved this book. It's a zombie novel with a difference. I was really rooting for R and Julie - it's fairly different from the movie but in a good way. Really recommend this one.

Fantastic take on the 'zombie' genre. The story of Melanie - the girl with all the gifts - really recommend it

enjoyable but definately a YA novel imho, short and sweet

A very good read - different to his previous book but still it gripped me. Really liked the main character Ed and his bunch of eclectic friends and the story had me hooked.
