Thank you to netgalley and the publisher for the ARC!

Do not miss this beautifully written gem.
For lovers of psychology and mental health, this story captures how your mental well being is influenced and exacerbated by life’s interactions. Whether it’s walking on eggshells with family, allowing yourself to be vulnerable, or experiencing psychiatric hospitalization this book touches on achieving normalcy and solidarity within the psychiatric spectrum.

Thank you NetGalley for the eARC!

As a cardiac nurse I was immediately drawn to this book. I was prepared to be reading some pathophysiology and while it was that, it was so much more as well. The history of cardiac medicine is something I’ve never considered.. I knew we had made advancements but the research and explanations in this book made it so much more interesting. This book made me really think and consider the stressors our hearts go through not just physiologically but emotionally.

If you like biology or are in health care it’s definitely an intriguing read. There was a decent balance between medical terminology and lay terms

Thanks NetGalley for the eARC! I loved how family focused some of these organizing tips were. It made me realize that just because something is aesthetically pleasing doesn’t mean it’s necessarily functional for my lifestyle.

Some tips were new and smart, others were predictable but tried and true. Loved the workbook at the back too

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the eARC! This book was so unexpected. I figured there wasn’t much to collating but I was wrong. There are so many techniques and ways to approach this art/hobby/craft. Consider me inspired, I now want to go glue and cut up all my magazines. What a fun read that goes fairly in depth on collaging as an art form

This book was unexpected! The parallels I felt to the author with a catholic upbringing and uncertainty for the next phase of life made this a relatable story for millennial moms in todays America

This journal surprised me. It’s a great guide and definitely helped me sort out my thoughts and narrow down my priorities for what makes me feel my best
