This book was fine. I read it after hearing a recommendation from several obsessed friends. For me, it didn't live up to their hype. I read the second one but was even less impressesd. I've heard the 3rd is best, but I haven't been motivated to read it yet.

I really enjoyed this book. I picked it up at a book store in Austin out of curiosity and began to read, but never finished. I finally borrowed it from the school library and read it straight thorough.

I read this book after seeing the movie with Elijah Wood. I enjoyed the story and the movie was good, but the book is a bit more racy than the movie was.

I'm using this as a read-aloud for my 5th grade class. So far, so good. The students got a kick out of the funny and eventful first chapter.

Good book. Quick read. It reminded me of The Giver.

I started it. Got a few chapters in, and quit. It was strange, but not interesting enough to be a page turner. Maybe I'll finish later.
