This was an engaging read. It was recommended to me by a student. Packed with mysterious phenomena, and otherworldly terrors. The action scenes were so vividly written; at one point I caught myself worrying for the safety of the actors/stunt doubles.

I don’t love getting stuck in series, but I already bought the second book.
