ARC REVIEW
A very cool concept with a fun band of unique characters. It was quite funny at times, the characters had some great dialogue and quirks that made them quite loveable in their own way. I really liked the dystopian cyberpunk setting and the integration of video gaming felt quite cool and realistic to where things may be going. I found the actual plot to be kind of confusing at times, things seemed to happen at random almost and so it was a bit hard to follow. But overall, it was quite fun and a quick read

ARC REVIEW
Wild and Wicked Things blends witchcraft and 1920s Gatsbyesque glamour in a dark and enchanting story. The writing in this was really beautiful and descriptive and really transported you to this place full of dark magic and glamorous parties. The characters were charming and there was a great inclusion of sapphic leads which I really enjoyed. The pace was quite slow and I felt it could have been edited down a bit in my opinion but overall I enjoyed it. It was very magical and dark with a story that took many twists.
I especially recommend listening to the audiobook along with it. The voice actors are very talented and manage to add a special charm to the characters that reading it alone you might miss. They also do a good job of emphasizing the emotion in the scenes. The audiobook had multiple voice actors as well as atmospheric music that furthered the immersion and transported right into the story.

ARC REVIEW
This book really took me by surprise, it was extremely dark and gripping, and was not at all what I expected it to be. I read this very fast, there were so many twists and turns that I found it hard to put down, I just had to know what was going to happen next. It had its faults, I felt in some parts the believability dropped, the characters didn’t stand out, and the romance felt kinda thrown in and unnecessary, but the ending really got me. I thought it really brought everything together. I also really enjoyed the use of the podcast transcripts, not only was it a creative delivery but it also made a lot of sense and worked with the story. With the rise of true crime podcasts and youtube channels, it didn’t feel like a random addition at all.
While I wouldn’t recommend this to everyone, I think for people who enjoy thrillers that cover dark and serious topics, especially around women’s issues, then you should definitely check this out.

This was a really unique and imaginative story with a cool art style to tell it. I enjoyed the atmosphere it created, it was creepy and unsettling, it almost reminded me a bit of Dr. Suess. I felt the dialogue was lacking a failed to give much personality to the characters which I’d love to see more of in the future. I think there could also be more added to the story to give it depth but overall it was very good.
