Aaaaaaa this is too good! The emotions! I cried so much! In a good way! I’m a bit overexposed to fake dating at the moment, so I was a bit put off by the premise when it got to that, but I was still drawn through the book by the well rounded and lovingly written characters. The writing is all top tier, with great dialogue, vivid descriptions, and a brilliant plot. Can’t wait to re-listen!

I really liked this book. The characters were loveable and relatable. While some of the dialogue was a bit unnatural, it wasn’t off putting. I loved that the third act breakup felt natural and not overly dramatic. A very cozy read.

There was lots I loved about this but in the end it felt a little undercooked. Plus there were so many typos and other poor editing that it hampered my enjoyment of the book.

One of the best fantasy books I’ve ever read. Like Game of Thrones but good. Really great intrigue, action and romance. The main character’s POV was always enjoyable to read. Can’t wait to read the next one.

Took a while to really get into it, but the second half really picked up.
