Fantastic autism rep!! Amazing trans and non-binary rep in a trans/queer centric storyline. I would have wished for more focus on the plot and less on the romance but that is the aro/ace in me. It is a beautiful queer relationship. The plot is very based on our times and extremely relevant. There was also some references that were out of place in the future - like craigslist and (flip?)phones that work across planets. But I found them quirky and funny.
Must read!
Must read!
The description missed some major information - like the journalist focus on p^rn. Nothing wrong with that, but the marketing on this book is just wrong. I’m very ace and I just am not interested.
I know it is short but the singing…no thank you.
The Future of Feeling: Building Empathy in a Tech-Obsessed World
DID NOT FINISH: 22%
It is evident that the author is not a social scientist and by dismissing cognitive empathy the book set off to be ablest from the start.
Started out unique and interesting. But just started to feel like every other YA novel.
