I would give this book a 4.5 stars. I listend to it on audiobook and I enjoyed it very much. This is a story about a boy named Jack and his Ma and their lives in Room. I really enjoyed Jack's account of their everyday life in Room. This is definetly a heart wrenching story but it is also very funny because Jack is 5 and is telling the story from his 5 year old perspective. I think this book is best to go into blind because that is how I went into this story and I am glad I didn't know anything about it other than I heard it was a good book.
I will say there are some trigger warnings for rape and depression.
