DNFing at 18 % This story is so confusing to me. I feel like there are too many characters for the pace and length of this book. I am interested in where the plot that I am following may be going, but the narrative voice doesn’t feel very distinct for any of the characters throughout the part of the book that I pushed through. I am curious to read more of the SPFBO 9 nominees hate that this was a miss for me.

This book was just too cringy for me. All three of these men were taking advantage of a young woman after the death of her parents. 

More graphic than I can handle right now 

The story felt very disjointed to be and I was not able to feel any kind of connection to the story so I have DNF'd for now maybe I will try again later 

I was just not in the mood for this one right now so I will go back to it when I am in a better mood for it 

This is a very atmospheric story but I just feel so detached from the characters. This is the third time I have tried to read this book and I think it is safe to say that this is a hard DNF for me 

The constant back and forth of the POV just kept pulling my out of the story I may try this one again later 

I just don’t care about any of the characters 

Was enjoying the writing style but was getting to freaked out
