I read North first then this book. Really enjoyed the back story of Scott growing up in Minnesota. As a Minnesotan you have to learn to endure more and it probably helped him learn to push more outside the comfort zone. Wonderful book.

What a great relatable story. Without giving anything away I am so impressed with how real life the characters were. The struggles that many woman go threw and the thoughts of how they push a partner away because they think it's best for them.
Very much looking forward to the sequel!
