good sequel but a good book in itself
not Laura-Gallego-exceptionally-amazing tho
so it feels meh, eventhough the story is so rich

maybe some hands on exercises would have been nice too
or some journaling prompts
other than that, i loved the historial examples, real and therefore very very relatable conversations from their work and the clearness she explained things with. it is direct and realistically without being harsh or unempathetic. 
it’s a genuinely helpful book, which i find its ironically unique for self-help books
