Sorry mum and dad, this book was just so boring and I couldn't connect to any of the characters. They all talked the same and they were so indistinct. The plot twist was less of a twist and more of a way to add drama where the book needed to continue. It could have been a 100 page novella and it would have been way better because this just drags and the time skips were lost on me.
