I found this a lot more enjoyable than the first one tbh

I’m so, so happy they didn’t get married in the end. I definitely agree they have so much more to work through in their lives. I do, however, wish the ending was a bit more drawn out and didn’t end so abruptly. And I’m finding that the end of these books are far more interesting than the middle. Also, there was a lot of unecesary conflict that I guess highlights their characters and lack of communication skills, but I just feel like a lot of it was avoidable for obvious reasons.

I liked this a lot and had so much fun listening to it at work lol.

apart from the outing plot line. I hate when that happens then there’s the main character with no friends part. But apart from that, I really enjoyed it and I can’t wait to read Tobias Madden’s next book

Ahh, such a beautiful book. I loved it so much.

This book was amazing. I loved the concept and the characters are so loveable and funny. (and the narrators were great too)

I loved Dev and Charlie and their relationship and their dynamics. Their banter was so funny and charming and I really feel like I got to know them as I read it. And it was so perfect for me who was looking for a cute fluffy romance after re reading RWRB and craving more of that cuteness to fill the void of loneliness in my soul.

And the way that mental illness was discussed was so perfect and the portrayal of depression and OCD and other panic and anxiety disorders was so real and genuine and I felt like it described what I feel. I could really relate to Dev and it made it feel like more of a personal read even though the relationship isn’t one I can relate to at all. It really helped me connect with the characters and care about them more.

I absolutely adored the ending and I loved how the author didn’t rely on an infuriating “outing” plot. I really felt like the ending was earned and genuine and it felt authentic and allowed the characters to be so genuinely happy  without being pressured to reveal themselves without being ready.

Also, I NEED a sequel about Daphne and how she finds love because she deserves it and I would love to hear her story!!

In conclusion, everyone needs to read this book and Dev and Charlie deserve the world. (I’m looking at you Sam lol)

Probably the best book I’ve read this year if ever. I’d recommend this book to everyone I know.

The science is extremely accessible and even someone like me, who hates science, understood everything talked about in this books.

And the characters. My god! Grace and Rocky are some of my favourite characters of all time. Their relationship is amazing and how they interacted was adorable and so funny. I was praying for their success and for them to both be happy.

Also, this book is funny! I was laughing out loud at most of it. The jokes are so freeking good and Grace is such a charismatic character. He’s written so well and the way he interacts with the world is so interesting and amazing to me.

The ending had me tearing up.
I was mentally exhausted reading the last few chapters and the final chapter was the relief that I needed to finish the book and tie it all up in a near bow.

I’m so glad Grace got everything he wanted out of his life even with what happened. He deserves the best and I’m so glad he got it. I’m also so happy that Rocky and Adrian were talked about in the end and I hope their happy together!!

I read this as an audiobook and the narrator was so charismatic and likeable. He embodied everything I wanted out of Grace’s character and I hope I get to listen to more books with him as narrator.

Just… please read this freeking book. Everyone needs this in their life.
