If you are a fan of slashers I feel you will really like this book. Loved all the references. I had a smile every time I recognize a reference to favorite slasher movies. I just struggle a little with the characters. I did find it interesting to see what happens after they survive the most horrible day of their life. Really like that aspect of it.

I thought the world was interesting and the characters were interesting but I wish we had more background with the characters and the world. More on details of why there is the reason for the slaying. Felt like we needed more world building and some of the character felt a little rush.
Overall it was entertaining and I did enjoyed reading it.
