i put it on the romantic suspense shelf but there wasn't much romance...liked the continuing story of rizzoli and isles but i felt the isles storyline was secondary and yet she had a couple of heavy points to portray

a period in history i never knew about...a period i want to learn more about

far outside what i normally read but still very enjoyable

good introduction to a series...will be interested to see how the next book goes to see if they are as connected as it seems the first book is set up to do
