I found it a little hard to stay engaged with. I did ultimately enjoy the book and the last quarter of the book kept me fully engaged.

There were plot holes. Of course there were plot holes. But there was a strong female character who was not the most popular and wasn't trying to be the most popular. There was a middle school misunderstanding but there was conversation and resolution. There was support. And empowerment. And success.

A little slow or rambly but I really did enjoy it.
