I will update my review after the Hockessin Chick Lit Book Group on January 21, 2015.
The book seemed choppy between Malala's story and Pakistani history. At times her voice seemed appropriate for her age, then she sounded very immature and then far beyond her age. It wasn't a smooth read for me.
I am not a fan of choose your own adventure. I feel like it is all over the place and I worry that I don't get the full story.
While I enjoyed it I find the time line hard. They make references to earlier books/cases but it has been too long (not to mention all of the other books I have read between this book and the last in death one) for me to remember the details of these previous books. I find it frustrating.
it was good...i could see the play with mary martin running through my head as the audio book was playing
