To be honest, I don't know how I got through this book. I loved the premise of this book, with childhood sweethearts, but the constant, and lengthy, flashbacks, just as the book was getting going, really ruined things for me. What also ruined things were the constant sex scenes. I love steam at the best of time, but in this book it was constant. It got to the point where I would skim over them. I don't think they added to the story, in fact, they got in the way of it.
This book had so much promise but ultimately didn't work for me, sorry.

I liked this book. I was a bit wary with how things would proceed, giving violet’s situation but they were handled well.
Ace is great, totally swoon worthy and Violet was a strong, determined woman.
I loved catching up with the rest of the MTF, they’re such a great family and I can’t wait to read menace and Caleb’s stories.
If there’s one thing I would’ve wanted is a little more action. I felt for the second half of the book I was waiting for something major to happen, with the ending both a little rushed as well as dragged out.

I loved this story. It’s heartbreaking but it’s also heartwarming. I love the instance acceptance of Mikey by Jake, his friends, and his family. This is a great, comforting story.

I like this book, but the more I read it, and the more time that passes, I’m finding more flaws in it. The editing is a bit inconsistent and sometimes the dialogue is hard to follow without tags, and I feel like Jesse and Lucy are a bit immature. I also find some of the real-life scenarios aren’t actually correct.

Aside from those, as I said, I do like this book. I like the fate theme and the meeting up after several years. A decent read.

This is where this series went off the rails for me. I love a rockstar romance. I’m okay with mobster ones, but I think combining the two is too much. Also, in later books, it felt like it was thrown in as an afterthought.
I don’t feel like this series needed the ages mobster drama, it was already good. So yeah, this is really where I stopped reading, and probably always will. There’s too much and it’s just not my cup of tea anymore, sorry!

Again the girls have hit it out of the park! I loved this book. Braht was awesome, and so sweet, and Ash was kickass! I liked the catch up with Brynn and Tom and am excited to see, possibly, Sadie’s story. I liked there was more background details to this book, as well as the humour. A great read, well worth it!

I wanted to like this book so much. I loved the premise of it but I wanted more of the letters, more of a build up. It seemed very abrupt. One minute they were friends, the next they were deciding on more. I also felt like it was a bit slow going. I wanted more action. A decent read but not a favourite.

Holy Lord, I loved this book! Levi is everything!
I loved the all encompassing love Gen captured here. I also loved how it covered all the bad stuff too. Life isn’t perfect and neither is any of the relationships featured, but I love how it was all handled here.
This was a great end to the duo and I canNOT wait for the next two books!

I was intrigued by this book. I’m still intrigued, but parts started to wear on me. The constant mention of pain, of them being humans in pain, in the lack of any really forward movement of the storyline.
I am glad it wasn’t a sex-fest and again I’m intrigued to see where this story will go, so I will read roadie, but it won’t be because of any real sense of investment in the story. Sorry.
