This is a good, intriguing book. It's a lot of before and after, with many character narratives, so it takes a while to get the stories figured out, but it all comes together. Not scary, but definitely creepy.

I really enjoyed this book. It gave me "The Haunting of Hill House" vibes. It's definitely creepy, but I wouldn't say scary. Would recommend.

Books dont scare me, but as for a book, this is about as close as it comes to being scary. It gave me The Exorcist vibes. Good book.

This book contains some slurs that wouldn't be accepted by today's standards, due to the time period in which it was written. It's a pretty good murder mystery. The characters are somewhat hard to keep up with, because there are so many. The end ties it all up.
