This was such an amazing book. The dream worlds were so fascinating. I also really loved the gay/lesbian representation in this story. I read this not realising the MC was gay until it was mentioned because the story didn’t revolve around his sexuality and I feel like that’s how it should always be done. Also, the cover itself is stunning.
This book was so disappointing to me. Luckily I only wasted 5 days on it. You can find out why I disliked this book enough to give it a 2 in my blog post.

This book reminded me so much of my DND party when they went to the city. They have a mission, but they all go off and do their own things. It’s very character driven, so not a lot happens, but I still loved it.
I didn’t enjoy this one as much as the first one, but it was still very good. I had a hard time connecting to a couple of the characters and figuring out how far in the timeline this was taking place. The plot got a bit confusing at times and some of the twists used in Illuminae were recycled here, so it didn’t have the same impact.
This was such an amazing book. It was so whimsical. I love the world of Nevermoor. I can’t wait to go back there.
